Making an appointment
The external consultations allow you to consult a specialized doctor, to pass exams without being hospitalized but also to ensure your medical monitoring after an hospitalization or an intervention.
In order to facilitate your making appointment, we propose you to directly join the CHA-Line, our phone platform, at 03.21.21.10.33. Our hostesses listen you from monday to friday between 8AM and 6PM. They are also available to give you a new appointment at the end of your consultation if it is required.
The external consultations services is situated at the ground floor. Some consultations take place with a dedicated service.

The Hospital Center of Arras welcomes the seniors in 3 establishments : The EHPAD (Hospital Establishment for Dependent Seniors – HEDS in English) Residence of Dainville, the Residence Pierre Brunet and the EHPAD Pierre Bolle. These 3 structures are situated in the town of Arras and its surroundings.
The choice of the structure and the admission are defined by the responsible doctor who values the level dependence. The tariffs applied are individual and depend of the degree of autonomy. The residents can benefit of the PAA (Personal Autonomy Allowance – APA in French). This benefit is granted by the General Counsil of the Pas-de-Calais. Regardful of the reception and support quality, the Hospital Center of Arras signed in 2002 an agreement with the Disease Insurance and the department of the Pas-de-Calais.
EHPAD Residence of Dainville
The EHPAD Residence of Dainville welcomes seniors, from 60 years old or less on derogation, relatively autonomous but whose the physical and/or psychic health doesn’t allow them anymore to live alone.
A medical and nurse presence is ensured the day. The resident has however the possibility to keep his doctor.
The HEDS has a reception’s capacity of 150 beds divided into individual rooms on 4 floors whose a specialized unit at the ground floor, “L’air du temps” (The time air), which offers an accomodation of 15 beds for people reached by the Alzheimer’s disease. The establishement has also a room dedicated to the temporary accomodation for stays of maximum 3 months in order to offer a solution respite to caregivers, to prepare a definitive entrance or to be an alternative of the hospitalization.
Since 2012, the establishment benefits also of a Pole of Activities of Adapted Care (PASA in French) of 14 places intended to provide, from monday to friday, therapeutic activities suitable for residents reached of the Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders of the establishment.
The HEDS is situated face to the hippodrome of Dainville.

The Pierre Brunet Residence
The Residence Pierre Brunet welcomes seniors, from 60 years old or less on derogation, very dependent physically and/or psychically, who can’t live alone and whose their health requires a perpetual medical supervision.
The Residence is divided on 110 beds of long-term care and 110 beds of HEDS whose an unit specialized of 15 beds, “L’âge d’or” (The golden age), for people reached of the Alzheimer’s disease. The establishment has also 3 rooms dedicated to the temporary accommodation for stays of 3 months maximum. This device enables to provide a solution of repite to caregivers, to prepare a definitive entrance or to be an alternative to the hospitalization. The establishment ensures care and paramedic supervisions 24h/24, 7d/7. A nurse presence is ensured 24h/24, as a medical periodic penalty payment by the practitioners of the Hospital Center.
Restructured and inaugurated in 2010, the Residence Pierre Brunet is on the “avenue de l’hippodrome” in Dainville, a few minutes away from the Hospital Center.

The Pierre Bolle EHPAD
It is an establishment which welcomes seniors from 60 years old or less on derogation, dependent physically and/or psychically, valid or in loss of autonomy and whose the health don’t require any perpetual medical care.
The establishment has a capacity of 70 beds in individual or double rooms divided on 3 floors. A specialized unit, at the ground floor, offers an accommodation of 10 beds for people reached by the Alzheimer’s disease. Two additional places are planned for the day reception from monday to friday.
The Pierre Bolle’s EHPAD is situated on the south of the town of Arras, “rue de l’Abbé Lemire”. A verdant environment embellishes the establishment and allows residents to get some air safely.

Multimedia Datas
Every rooms are equipped with a multimedia terminal allowing you to access to different benefits (TV, phone, Internet, games et access to your medical folder for the doctor who follows during the hospitalization).
They have to be payed beforehand. In case of tempory leaving of your room, ask the suspension of your services close to Relay H. In case of transfer, warn the Relay H soonest in order to continue to benefit of your services. No suspension or asset could be possible after.
The television
The formatting operation occur close to Relay H, situated at the entrance of the establishment at the following schedule :
From monday to friday : 8AM – 7PM
The saturday : 9AM – 6PM
Sunday and public holidays : 11AM – 6PM
The tariffs :
4,90 euros per day for 18 TNT programs.
The phone
Your entourage can join you without administrative formalities or particular subscription. They juste have to call the 08.26.46.60.46 + the number which appears on your multimedia terminal.
Communication’s cost from a fixed phone : 0,15 euros TTC (All taxes included)
To call toward outside, you need to buy unities at Relay H. These are the communication’s cost :
0,10 euros TTC/min toward a fixed phone
0,30 euros TTC/min toward a mobile phone
0,45 euros TTC/ min toward the international
Modalities of refund : You can be repayed cash of credits that you don’t use by the Relay H. You have 10 days after your leaving to demand your refund.
Internet
The access to internet is free with the TV subscription.
