Every rooms are equipped with a multimedia terminal allowing you to access to different benefits (TV, phone, Internet, games et access to your medical folder for the doctor who follows during the hospitalization).
They have to be payed beforehand. In case of tempory leaving of your room, ask the suspension of your services close to Relay H. In case of transfer, warn the Relay H soonest in order to continue to benefit of your services. No suspension or asset could be possible after.
The television
The formatting operation occur close to Relay H, situated at the entrance of the establishment at the following schedule :
From monday to friday : 8AM – 7PM
The saturday : 9AM – 6PM
Sunday and public holidays : 11AM – 6PM
The tariffs :
4,90 euros per day for 18 TNT programs.
The phone
Your entourage can join you without administrative formalities or particular subscription. They juste have to call the 08.26.46.60.46 + the number which appears on your multimedia terminal.
Communication’s cost from a fixed phone : 0,15 euros TTC (All taxes included)
To call toward outside, you need to buy unities at Relay H. These are the communication’s cost :
0,10 euros TTC/min toward a fixed phone
0,30 euros TTC/min toward a mobile phone
0,45 euros TTC/ min toward the international
Modalities of refund : You can be repayed cash of credits that you don’t use by the Relay H. You have 10 days after your leaving to demand your refund.
Internet
The access to internet is free with the TV subscription.
Your entrance
The hotesses of reception and guidance, located in the big hall, are present from monday to friday between 7AM and 8PM, the saturday between 8AM and 6PM and the sunday between 1PM to 8PM.They are available to provide you any information necessary and guide you in the establishment.
For any consultation, hospitalization or leaving, it’s required to fill some administrative formalities in order to ensure the financial support.
To do these formalities, a centralized welcoming space is available in the reception’s hall.
Compound of 8 bounds, it aims to facilitate your guidance and to reduce your waiting time. An informatic device of managing of queue, through an interactive bound (in French), allows the regulation and the prioritization of the affluence. The bound purpose 4 items : Pediatric emergency (Urgence pédiatrique), Entrance/Consultation (admission/consultation), entrance/hospitalization (admission/hospitalisation) and leaving/encasement/complaint. A ticket will be delivered for you and you could wait, in a dedicated space, before to be called by an agent of reception and of billing.
Otherwise, the proximity of this space with the first floor will enable patients which go to pediatric emergencies to care about administratives approaches after that their child was supported.
This centralized reception, located in the big hall, welcomes you from 7.30AM to 5.30PM.
You are admitted after a consultation or an appointment :
You have to contact an hotess of your hospitalization’s floor. We want you to present :
- Your doctor’s letter
- An ID
- A proof of address
- An european card or a print E111 delivered by your country’s PIF (Primary Incidence Fund – CPAM in French)
You are admitted through the emergencies :
After an emergency, there aren’t formalities. However, you or one of your kinfolks have to present the required documents at the reception point in the best time in order to regularize your administrative folder.
Following your situation, you must also provide :
For injured workers : paper of job accident delivered by your employer
For veterans or war’s victims : Free care booklet
For the maternity : maternity booklet, blood group card, family record book, anticipating recognition during the childbirth, statement of the choice of the child’s first name
UHC (Universal Health Coverage – CMU in French) : UHC Attestation
MAS (Medical Assistance from the State – AME in French) : MAS Attestation
